Mr. Dyssisse Edouard Bellevue, the founder of Bellevue CPA, has more than 20 years of experience in chartered accounting firms and NPOs.
Mr. Bellevue holds an undergraduate degree in accounting from the Hautes Études Commerciales de Montréal (HEC Montréal) and a graduate diploma in Chartered Professional Accountancy (DESS-CPA) from the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières (UQTR).
He is a CPA Ontario member and also a CPA Quebec member.
